For Alyssa's lunch today, we practiced using some actual lunch containers that fit in her lunch box. She loved her Minnie & Mickey lunch and ate everything. Success!!! I packed her some ham & cheese sushi rolls, a trail mix with Greek yogurt covered raisins, cranberries and sunflower seeds, Ants on a log with cream cheese & dried cranberries, a few sour worms, container of strawberry yogurt, a clementine and a few Greek yogurt covered pretzels. I decorated the lunch with a Minnie Mouse and a Mickey Mouse cupcake ring.
